W00Dlover's -- Ps. Azurescens / Ps. Serbica / Ps. Cyanescens / Ps. Allenii
Re: W00Dlover's -- Ps. Azurescens / Ps. Serbica / Ps. Cyanescens / Ps. Allenii
Hallo an alle,

Stamets Mushroom Cultivator
Concerning Wavy Caps:
„Woodchips are far superior to sawdust as a fruiting substrate.“
(p. 201)
„Although fruitbodys can form on fresh sawdust, they do so reluctantly and belatedly. The fact that
sawdust so readily loses its moisture may explain, in part, why Ps. Cyanescens has difficulties
fruiting on it.“
(p. 203)
Habe ich doch glatt geschmunzelt

"Fresh off the press, Psilocybe 'niveo-tropicalis' nom. prov. from Jupiter, Florida. Scott Ostuni's first major contribution to mycology, the discovery of this Psilocybe species from southeast Florida. Found fruiting in mulched and irrigated landscaping, the wild habitat for this species is currently unknown. Originally this was thought to be P. ovoideocystidata, but Ostuni thought otherwise based on macroscopic features. With the help of DNA barcoding and microscopy this fungus was shown to be a unique species, and is currently awaiting publication! This is one of the most exciting mushrooms out of the USA currently! Potency analysees suggest these mushrooms can range from 14-20mg/g psilocybin content!"
